Kevin Reed is a Colorado Certified Residential Appraiser and the owner of Touchstone Valuation, an independent appraisal practice serving Northern Colorado and the Front Range.

His background includes residential fee appraisal, ad valorem valuation for Larimer County, and eminent-domain appraisal and right-of-way work for the Colorado Department of Transportation. His experience includes residential, rural acreage, manufactured housing, agricultural-residential, vacant land, small income properties, easements, partial acquisitions, retrospective valuation, and complex assignments with limited comparable sales.

Kevin has worked throughout Larimer, Weld, Boulder, Adams, Jefferson, Douglas, Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso, Pueblo, and Kiowa counties. He has also provided expert testimony before county and state assessment appeal boards.

Clients work directly with Kevin throughout the assignment. His appraisal practice emphasizes independent analysis, clear communication, and well-supported conclusions prepared in accordance with USPAP and applicable Colorado licensing requirements.
